This Shipping Policy covers how BEX orders are packed, shipped, and delivered.

Where we ship

We ship worldwide. Shipping availability and rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Carriers

Orders are sent through PostNL, Bpost, and DPD, depending on the destination. During checkout you will see the available options for your address.

Processing time

Orders are usually processed within 2–5 business days. During busy periods such as tour launches or limited releases this may take up to 7 business days.

Delivery estimates

• Belgium / Netherlands: 2–5 business days after shipment.
• European Union: 3–10 business days after shipment.
• United Kingdom, United States, rest of world: 7–21 business days after shipment.

These are estimates, not guarantees. Customs, weather, and carrier delays can affect delivery times.

Customs, duties, and taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and handling fees. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the item or shipping price paid at checkout.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking link by email once your order has shipped. If you do not receive tracking within 10 business days of ordering, please email thenewmonarchyworldwide@gmail.com.

Lost or damaged packages

If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive within 30 days of shipment, contact us with your order number and photos (if damaged) so we can investigate with the carrier and find a solution.
